Langley Fastball Association is excited to welcome you to our beautiful home park, Noel Booth, in Langley, BC!

Park Info

Get to know Noel Booth

Located at 202 Street & 36 Avenue in Langley. Note the parking info so you can plan to park near your diamond.

Good to know

There is ongoing construction around the pond—please respect fencing and use designated pathways (we’ll have signage where possible).
The picnic area is still under construction; we are working with the contractor to have as much space open as possible.
Be mindful of shared space—please don’t reserve large areas unless actively in use.
A playground is available in the center area for younger siblings.
Bring tents, beach blankets, and chairs for comfort.
Additional viewing areas are available beyond the outfield fences, including elevated grassy areas (“Knoll Booth”)—blankets and chairs recommended.
Please follow Township of Langley park rules (dogs, alcohol, smoking, etc.), available on their website.

Depending on how many teams are playing, parking can be a challenge. Please carpool with other players/families if possible.

Parking Info

There are four different areas you can park - refer to the map on this page.

Noel Booth School parking - 35th avenue
- For games on the two West and South Center diamonds, Enter the park from the south walkways.
Small Parking Lot on 36 avenue
Gravel Lot accessible via the small lot on 36 avenue
- Please park smart in the gravel lot; close enough to maximize spaces while minimizing chance of vehicle scratching.
Street Parking, south side of 36 avenue
- NOT the north side - you may be towed
- Follow the signage on 36 avenue
- Beware some parts of 36th near North East and North West are foul ball range – park at your own risk!

There is no overnight parking in the park so if you’re bringing an RV you need to leave when the park closes.
Please don't park in front of the caretakers entrance (by the crosswalk).

How we can help

Foul Ball Bounty - KIDS This Ones For YOU!

Noel Booth has a lot of vegetation and a creek nearby so foul ball retrieval is important! For our May 8 - 10th tournament we’re going to have a Foul Ball Bounty system.

How it works: For each 3 foul balls retrieved by a younger fan (ideally under 14yo.) an adult can give a ticket. They are found behind each field’s backstop on a clipboard. This will be on the honour system.

Kids bring your tickets to the concession for a candy bag. This is for the younger fans to help us get the foul balls retrieved and back into play.

Weather

Weather can always play a factor in the Lower Mainland. Please be flexible if weather becomes a problem.

We do have lights on all six diamonds so if we need to postpone or delay games and play into the evening we have that option (pending umpire availability).
